Our organization “Dream Live Hope Foundation” provides a drug and alcohol counseling service which addresses the wellness of the individual’s addition state. Here at Dream Live Hope Foundation, we are committed to assisting those who are in need of support. In addition, our peer navigators will assist the housing participants by connecting them with a full wrap around services addressing their needs. 

Substance Abuse counseling will address the mental health, healing, along with their primary addiction issues. Our counselors are focused on the empowerment of the participants helping them fulfill their full potential allowing them to transform the lives of the participants.
