Dream Live Hope Foundation (DLH) currently has locations in the Los Angeles and Compton areas. We understand as people move from one stage of their lives to the next it is essential for them to receive the adequate support to help them move forward.

DLH coordinates with Substance Abuse Counselors, Employment Specialists and Homeless Outreach Personnel who all have a strong desire to assist people in preparation for permanent housing.

DLH transitional housing offers a drug-free living environment that is conducive to physical and emotional health. Our homes and our network of programs have created a platform for success.
