Kevin Waters
CEO
As a Gardena native, Kevin experienced firsthand the obstacles in the underserved communities of LA county. Being exposed to gangs at an early age Kevin's life took a turn from being a dedicated student in gifted programs to serving 25 years of incarceration.
While incarcerated Kevin wrote many self-help books, mentored individuals, obtained a degree in Psychology, and became a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Because of his journey, Kevin's mission is to give individuals as many opportunities as they are willing to take to get back on their feet. Kevin is passionate about the work that he does within the community and continues being an advocate for those who need a second chance.

Rose Ivonne Marquez
CFO
Rose Ivonne grew up in Los Angeles, California at a time when incarceration, drug abuse, and homelessness were at an all-time high. It was not until she became a Case Manager that she realized the impact that can be made in an individual's life once they receive the proper support and resources.
Rose Ivonne has partnered with several organizations to help implement new procedures, create programming and facilitate access to resources specific to underserved populations. Her mission is to support individuals break down barriers and overcome obstacles while on their path towards self-sufficiency.

Preston Dagons, Jr.
COO
Preston Aldon Dagon is a 57-year-old man who has spent 21 years of his life serving a life sentence in prison. Despite his circumstances, Preston has taken the opportunity to better himself and help others through his involvement in self-help groups and the Health Right 360 Mentor Program. As a senior mentor, he has helped guide others towards positive change and has become certified in hypnotherapy and NLP (neural linguistic programming).
Preston has also earned a Master's degree in psychology, a Bachelor's degree in psychology, and a minor in sports management. These accomplishments have led him to become the co-founder of Dream Live Hope Foundation, an organization that focuses on helping individuals who have been impacted by prison and homelessness. The foundation provides transitional housing, job training, educational opportunities, and counseling services to help individuals successfully transition back into society and reach their full potential.
Preston is passionate about the work he does and is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those who have been affected by the criminal justice system. He believes that everyone deserves a second chance and is committed to helping individuals achieve their goals and reach their full potential.

Raven Nolasco
Director of Marketing & Communications
Raven Nolasco was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA where she lived in a single parent household. Raven’s parents divorced when she was very young, and she watched them struggle to provide for her and her siblings. Watching her parents work multiple jobs to stay afloat motivated Raven to break the cycle of poverty and reach toward higher education.
Raven is currently working on obtaining her PHD majoring in Microbiology. Raven’s goal is to become a University Professor and bridge the gap in the educational system by connecting underserved populations to the education that is not readily accessible to them.
